Michael Ansah is Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities at Dell Corporation, with responsibility for the development of Real Estate and Facilities Strategy, Workplace and location planning, and the management of operations in over 500 locations. He has worked extensively in several countries advising corporates and public sector organisations on real estate and capital investment decisions. He has led initiatives at Dell to define investments and establish of new operations in multiple locations. Michael is a lead member of Dell’s Tax Incentives and Policy Advisory Team that leads negotiations with Governments to establish the right business environment for investments in new and emerging countries to underpin competitiveness. He is an accomplished Corporate Real Estate and Facilities executive, and has held senior roles in leading organisations.
He was previously Director at PWC Consulting, and prior to that he was Director at Regus and Symonds Group. He is a keen advocate on development issues and also served as CEO for the Ghana Millennium Challenge Account Programme, leading to the award of $540M for multi-sector programmes to reduce poverty and remove constraints to economic growth. He has spoken at international conferences on a wide range of issues, including Site Selection and Location Optimisation, and Development issues, and contributed widely to thinking on the Future of the Workplace. Michael is a Chartered Architect and Member of the RIBA. He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, UK.
