Jermaine Nkrumah is a Policy Analyst whose advocacy led to the introduction to Parliament, and passage of the Representation of the People Amendment Law (ROPAL) in 2005 which was signed into law by President J. A. Kuffour in February of 2006.

He is a former Adjunct Faculty at Houston Community College, and has middle management experience with Fortune 500 companies including Yum Brand Global Restaurants. More recently, Jermaine Nkrumah has worked as the Publicist of the EO Group, the Kosmos Energy partner whose efforts led to the first commercial quantity discovery of oil off the western coast of Ghana, and currently is the Business Development Manager for Tropical Arctic Logistics, an aviation company specializing in off shore helicopter transport.
